Nowadays we see daily eating as a necessity, but not many of us understand the vital necessity of daily physical training.

Go practice every day and don’t let anyone judge you for that. Most of the people can’t understand you, because they are not wise enough to understand the need for change in their priority list, even if they really want a better life. Even if they understand this, they are not willing to make such changes in their lives.

You are smart enough to live longer; you are smart enough to live better; you are smart enough to enjoy life more and better than anyone else; you become smarter and stronger day by day; you are part of the next movement and someday you will become most intelligent human been. Choose wisely and be yourself. For a better destiny, you have to choose a different path than the ordinary people, even if you are alone on that way. If you want to become a better person – slowing down ageing, living longer, being healthier, felling stronger and happier – you must do something different than common people. It’s your choice, it’s not theirs. Nothing can be done without sacrifice, but I assure you, it’s worth it! I know you can do it!
